Return Policy (unused goods)
- Please fill out the online return form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date.
- Damaged or missing Item(s) must be reported to Wheeleez within 72 hours of receipt.
- Return Authorizations must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
- Returned product must be unused, in the original package, and shipped at customer cost via a trackable method.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise if parts are missing or if there is no RA #.
- Returned product must include a copy of the invoice or sales receipt.
- Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
- Refused packages will have return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee deducted from any refund.
Warranty Policy (defective goods)
- Proof of purchase is required prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number.
- Warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase or 90 days in rental use.
- Please fill out the online warranty form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Damaged or missing Item(s) must be reported to Wheeleez within 72 hours of receipt.
- Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
- All product being returned must be cleaned and shipped at customer expense via a trackable method.
- We will repair or replace item(s) at our discretion.
