Warranty Policy (defective goods) Terms and Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number.
  • Warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase or 90 days in rental use.
  • Damaged or missing item(s) must be reported to Wheeleez within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
  • All product being returned must be clean and shipped at customer expense via a trackable method.
  • We will repair or replace item(s) at our discretion.
  • Please fill out the online warranty form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
